Media Manager is a web based analysis tool using a simple point and click package that will enable you to analyse a call profile instantly. As soon as a call clears it is added to the service therefore reports are in real time. This will help you to evaluate both the effectiveness of the advertising and more importantly the efficiency of the call handling at each answering centre or site. The full callers telephone number will be captured and displayed with the exception of those callers that choose to withhold their number.
There are various view and search options for you to choose from. You can view your data in graphical or tabular format and export to word or excel. Quickstats being the easiest to access and view. Other searches will show total calls answered, unanswered or busy, the area the call came from by Thomson Local/Yellow Pages, by county, by day, by time, or by deliver to number.
